Drinking Water! Oh Snap!
Drinking water is a very vital part of living. Most tissues including muscle, skin, and organs are over 70% water. Water keeps you going throughout the day. It's also good for your skin too; soda and sometimes even juice may cause most teens to acquire acne. Sodas may be a good treat from time to time but if your thirsty, I'm pretty sure that if you drink an alternative to water you certainly aren't quenching your thirst. Drink more water. I bet you will be happier and make healthier choices for the rest of the day.
