Easy recipe:
Place bagels on baking tray and put tomato sauce all over them, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on to the bagels place mushrooms and Colby jack cheese, put the bagels in the oven at 350 until very delicious looking and toasty. take them out and enjoy the easy snack that's also somewhat healthy. :-)
