Now everybody now that school is about start and kids need to get they're flu shot. Well I have some tips to keep kids and parents to avoid from getting the colds and the flu. If those out there who didn't get the shot well......
Every time you shake someone's hand, wash your hand, but don't stop there, wash them as much as possible. Running lots of water over your hands will dilute any germs and send them down the drain.
Try to keep your hand off you nose and eyes because it can hurt you and they're the most common place to catch germs.
Getting more sleep when your under the weather, When you’re tired, your body isn’t fighting as hard, so getting 8 to 10 hours a night.
Work out so you can sweat, working out regularly enhances immune function.
Try to stay away from people who are displaying symptoms like sneezing and coughing, stay away from sick friends and family when possible.
