Hello readers, I hope the end of your summer was magical. Now that it is fall we have a little time to get swimsuit ready. Don't allow the winter months to add those undesirable pounds out of comfort. Staying in shape is extremely important, but some people don't warm up before each workout. Stretching our limbs awakens our bodies by allowing blood to flow to into our muscles. Taking at least fifteen minuets to warm up really prevents injury.
